16U Albany City Rocks: Noah Hutchins

The Albany City Rocks 16U team has a high energy  PG in Noah Hutchins of Park School (NY). The Buffalo native showed that he can be elite at the D1 level. ‬Hutchins was a standout performer in EYBL Session 3 in ATL this past weekend.
