Introduction to 2018 SG Ricardo Clouden
February 16, 2016
2018 6’4” CG Ricardo Clouden of Lennard HS is under the radar. He’s an intriguing player with potential to be one of the elite players in the Tampa area. Clouden will be playing travel ball for SEBA this season and he mentions that “USF and FSU are showing interest and hopefully will continue to show strong interest as I improve my grades.” Since watching him from this past August, he looks to have improved on his dribble drives but still is working on his long ball, however he has the potential to be a sought out prospect.
Although Lennard didn’t have a great year, Clouden was able to average 13.1 ppg and 5.4 rpg. Clouden is a good kid and when asked, What are some things that you can say to encourage other players? “Stay on top of there grades, maintain a strong working mindset and to out work your competition. Be careful who you hang out with and don’t let the wrong people bring you down.”
