Organized Training Workouts (OTW)

Organized Training Workouts (OTW) is designed to help athletes improve at their specific positions by emphasizing fundamentals, mobility, agility and position specific IQ.  We want to change your training mindset and take you out of your comfort zones.  Qualified area trainers will give you techniques and enhance your skill to better your production on the court.  This event will be held at Tampa Prep and each event will be from 9 am to 12 pm.  This sessions will be filmed! Only 25 Girls and 25 Boys per Session!

    High School 9th – 12th graders ( Elite MS players must be approved)
  • MISSION:
    Improve foot speed
    Enhance IQ
    Increase overall mobility
    Teach the detailed fundamentals
