2022 John Lucas Girls Elite Top 160 Invitational Camp

Houston (TX) – John Lucas Girls Elite Top 160 Invitational Camp does it again. Director LaQuita Thompson did a fantastic job putting the best talent in the gym. BAH was able to get a snapshot of what will be available in each class nationally. Check out some of the prospects and standouts.

Prospects, Standouts and Notes

2024 5’9” PG Shunteria Anumele of Royal HS(TX) is what Coaches want from there lead Guard. Talks, does dirty work, can get you a bucket when needed & makes others better. Got to have her on the floor!

2023 5’10” PG Amari Whiting of Timpview HS(UT) is a true PG. Picks up 94 feet, puts teammates in scoring positions and brings energy needed. SOLID!!

2024 5’10” SG Danielle Carnegie of Rockdale County (GA) really had it going on Saturday! Outside or inside offensively you couldn’t stop her. She looks to be a student of the game and came well prepared to display her talents.

2025 6’2” G Nyla Brooks of Bishop Ireton (MD) was eye catching off jump. Built to score especially off her mid range & finishes well around the basket. She’s a BALLER!

2024 6’3” SF Zachara Perkins of St. Pius X HS(TX) used her length to the max! She’s a finisher with both hands, length is impressive, abilities to create off the bounce & gets out in transition. Perkins continues to impress!

2024 6’1” F Kayla Nelms of Miami Country Day showed she could play. Quite but aggressive ball player, created her own shots & produced.

2023 6’6” C Letycia Vasconcelos has the size, length & defensive abilities to go very far in this game. Reacts well to help side defense, finds her spots, keeps the ball high & plays to her strengths.

2023 6’2” G Sahniya Jah, offensively is a force in transition or in 1 on 1 situations. Jah has matured in this game and it shows.

2024 6’0” SG Ma’Riya Vincent of Desoto HS (TX) displayed a sturdy frame, soaked up & finished through contact. Vincent has a scoring package and still is adding to her bag!

2023 6’3” G/SF Delaney Thomas of St. John College HS (MD) is humble & overflows with confidence. Looked good in half court sets especially of screens & showed she could be efficient. Keep watching this young baller!

2026 Aliyah Eason, quick & shifty lefty ball handler, gets to the basket and likes the 3 ball.

2023 Laila Reynolds, uses her size to finish through defenders but agile enough to switch directions and speed.

2024 Trinity Turner, tough PG! Gets to spots on the floor easy, looks to make a play and doesn’t get rattled.

2026 Jenica Lewis, good size, spot up shooter with the agility to get to the rim.

2026 Autumn Fleary, love her ability to change directions and get to the paint. Fleary is talented!

2023 Sole Williams, scored when needed and made plays for others. Comfortably played the 1-3 spots. 

2025 Mary Amoateng, didn’t force and was patient in the offense. Skilled ball handler!

2025 Aniya Foy, showed her pull up game, gave a old school scoring vibe. Mid range threat!

2025 Zhen Craft, was a presence in the paint defensively and a good offensive scorer especially in half court sets.

2025 Isabella Wesley didn’t back down and was competitive on both ends!

2027 Jezelle “GG”Banks, high energy, young two way player who passionate about her defensive play.

2025 Theresa Hagans, very superb ball handling skills and created space between defenders

2025 Jessica Fields, gives her all on the court! Does a bit of everything so you will not miss her.

2025 Vanessa Harris, Solid player, strong physically and made a point to get in the paint.

2025 Shayla Smith, played off others really well, understands positioning on the floor and picked her spots to score.

2024 Eris Lester, smooth, agile, aggressive offensively. Lester a hard guard for opposing defenders.

2024 Kate Hackney, high IQ, fundamentally sound and makes plays for teammates.
