Jesuit dominates Tampa Catholic

Coming into this packed gymnasium you knew that this would be an intense game.   Jesuit who came in at 12-1 leading the 5A District 11 and 3rd in FL Division 5A Basketball Standings defeated Tampa Catholic 72-61.   Tampa Catholic at 10-3 leading  4A District 9 got good play from Chivarsky Corbett who finished with 26 pts and 11 rebounds however was non-existant in the 2nd and 3rd periods with a total of 4 pts.

Jack Fleming ended the game with 22 pts and Devin Harris who has been very consistent all year finished with 17 pts, 6 asst, and 6 rebs.  When asked about the game tonight Devin Harris responded  “I thought it was really good,  loved the atmosphere and enjoyed it!!!”We played a really good game and solid defense.”  Jesuit held TC to 21 1st half points and also contained Isiah Thomas to 11pts and 4 of 13 shooting.
